Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility. In this state, the conscious mind quiets down, allowing access to the Subconscious for deeper insight, healing, and transformation.
No. You remain fully in control throughout the session. Hypnosis is not mind control, you will not do or say anything against your will or values.
Everything that happens in the session comes from within you, and I am simply there to guide and support.
Most people describe it as a deeply relaxed, peaceful state, similar to daydreaming or just before falling asleep. Unlike dreams or hallucinations, deep trance allows for chronological experiences.
As brainwaves slow from beta (wakefulness) to alpha (relaxation) and into theta, the hypnotic state emerges, distinct from sleep.
You’re aware of your surroundings but feel calm and inwardly focused.
Yes, most people can enter a hypnotic state as long as they are willing and open to the process. It’s a natural state that we all experience daily (e.g., when driving on autopilot or getting lost in a book).
Yes, hypnosis is completely safe when facilitated by a trained professional. It’s a gentle, non-invasive approach used for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
Hypnosis, especially in deep techniques like QHHT®, can support healing and clarity on many levels. It’s commonly used to help with:
Emotional healing: anxiety, grief, fear, trauma, inner child wounds.
Physical symptoms: chronic pain, fatigue, autoimmune issues, unexplained conditions.
Behavioral patterns: phobias, procrastination, overthinking, self-sabotage.
Life direction: finding purpose, decision-making, major life transitions.
Spiritual exploration: past lives, soul contracts, higher guidance, karmic patterns.
Relationship challenges: family dynamics, emotional blocks, patterns in love.
Self-worth and confidence: inner criticism, self-love, creative blocks.
In QHHT®, healing often comes through understanding the deeper root: emotional, energetic, or spiritual, that underlies the issue. Once clarity is gained, the body and mind can begin to shift naturally.
The full session typically lasts 4 to 6 hours. It includes a 2-hour initial interview, up to 2 hours of hypnosis, and a 30 to 60-minute review at the end.
QHHT® sessions can sometimes last longer than 4 to 6 hours, so please ensure you have enough time available. This way, neither you nor I will feel rushed.
In most cases, one QHHT session is sufficient, as the technique is designed to provide deep healing and insight in a single experience. However, you're welcome to return for additional sessions if new questions arise or you'd like to explore further.
Before your session, take some time to write down any questions you'd like to ask your Subconscious: the more, the better. Though additional questions may arise during our initial interview.
There's no need to "try" or force anything. Simply stay open, curious, and willing to receive whatever comes through. The key to receiving the most from your session is to let go of expectations. Allow the experience to unfold in the way that’s the best for you, and share it with me as it unfolds. The more relaxed and open you are, the more easily your Subconscious can communicate.
Every session is unique, designed specifically for you by the part of you that knows you best. So while it may be tempting to compare experiences or watch others online, remember: your session will be entirely your own.
You may want to bring a light snack to enjoy during the short break between the interview and the hypnosis, or afterward. I’ll provide a blanket to keep you comfortable during the session, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
After your session, you’ll likely feel the need for some quiet reflection before heading to bed early. I always recommend keeping your evening free of social plans or work commitments to give yourself time to integrate the experience.
Go to bed at your normal bedtime, not right after the session.
Absolutely. Your session is completely strictly confidential. Everything you share, before, during, and after the session, is treated with the utmost respect and discretion. Nothing will ever be shared without your explicit permission.
For this reason, friends or family members are not allowed to be present during the session. This ensures you feel completely safe, comfortable, and free to open your heart without any outside influence.
Yes, the healing effects of QHHT® can be long-lasting, and in many cases, permanent. The effectiveness is positively correlated with your engagement.
When healing takes place, it often sparks deep transformation that continues to unfold over time. However, the lasting impact also depends on your openness, your readiness to receive healing, and your willingness to integrate any lifestyle or mindset changes suggested by your Subconscious.
During your session, your soul and Subconscious shared profound messages. The recording you’ll receive acts as a precious archive of your inner wisdom. Regularly listening to your session can powerfully support your integration process, helping you embody and deepen the guidance received.
QHHT® is not a passive form of healing. It initiates powerful change, but true transformation is a co-creative journey between you and your Subconscious.
While QHHT® is a gentle and powerful technique, it may not be suitable for the following individuals:
- Those with severe mental health conditions.
Individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder (multiple personality disorder), or other serious psychiatric conditions may not benefit from QHHT® and should consult a licensed mental health professional instead.
- Those unable to relax or follow verbal guidance.
QHHT® requires a willingness to relax deeply and follow verbal instructions. If someone is extremely resistant, overly analytical, or unable to trust the process, it may be difficult to reach the necessary trance state.
- Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
QHHT® must be done in a clear, sober state of mind. Substance use prior to the session will interfere with the process.
- Minors (under 18).
QHHT® sessions are designed for adults. In some cases, sessions with teens aged 16–17 may be considered with parental consent and maturity assessment, but this is at the practitioner’s discretion.
